Varied crowd, from military/leather, college, professionals. Good mix of all, sure to find someone who will be pleasing. Bartenders are friendly, . Can have good conversations while playing pool or you can listen to great live music in the patio bar downstairs. , at the Cell Block, disco upstairs. Considered the leather bar for Ottawa, home to the Ottawa Knights. They put on good parties and special events. Decor is jail/bondage style, cages. Backroom -- on top of all floors in the cage. Open only when Cell Block is open, Thurs-Sun. See something you like, make your way up to the backroom and see what happens. Last night, 20 guys in one room.

  • Gross... I'll update it Sokbtr. CP's is the dirtiest, nastiest dump I've ever set foor in. It's disgusting. The patrons are disgusting and are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to gay Ottawa - bunch of drunks, crackheads, and the general sort who would blow their welfare cheques. Nasty can't even begin to describe it. I know it's one of Ottawa's oldest gay bars, but that doesn't mean it needs to have Ottawa's most geriatric customers. I've seen bars in remote regions of Northwest Territories have more class than this dump.
