Beautiful native area, try and keep it clean, some regulars do pick up rubbish to help preserve this area, so do the right thig and take what you bring out again.

Head towards North Richmonmd from Richmond. Turn left at lights into Grose Vale Rd. Continue along and just past StJohn of God Hospital turn left again into Grose River Rd. Go directly to the end of this which is a T intersection. Turn left yet again and go into the Navua Reserve and park your car. Walk down stream which will take you to the Hawkesbury River. Continue downstream until you come to a large sand island covered with Acacias and Casurinas.
cruiser adds: For those coming down from Springwood, enter the new Yarramundi Reserve carpark on Springwood Rd, walk down to the river and cross along the stepping stones. Be prepared to get wet where the stones get washed away. This is 10 mins quicker than going to the Navua carpark.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:This is an unofficial nude gay beach area. Please cover up when unknown people come by. Exhibitionists will only attract the police, so please do the right thing. Warn others if someone is entering the area.
