This is a fairly busy restroom, it is right at the exit from the Parking Garage at the Rathaus. If you go upstairs, you can view who goes in and out.
Neighbourhood: downtown
If you are downtown, it is opposite the C & A department store. There was a large open area (currently under construction) with a water fountain, and on the edge of that area is a set of stairs down to the rest room. I believe there is a bakery right behind it and next to a shoe store.

- Hours:Best hours are probably around lunch time, not sure about the evening but I am sure it is hot later at night
- Cruising Info/ Tips:There is a row of about 5 or 6 urinals without partitions, I have had 2 hot jack off sessions! Just stand and wait. You will notice who peeking to take a look. There are 3 stalls behind the urinals, not sure if it is good for more action, but I don't see why not.
