    POLK CITY, Iowa -- Officials with the Polk County Sheriff's office said Friday that they have arrested five men and plan to arrest more people for indecent exposure. One of the five men is an elementary school teacher in the Des Moines Public Schools.

    Deputies said they used a hidden camera to capture activities at a Cottonwood Recreation Area shelter house near Saylorville Lake. The recreation area is just south of the dam at the lake.
