Walking path near picnic shelter #4 offers safety since anyone approaching can be seen. At top of path a bench is provided overlooking the main spillway. Public bathroom in downstream area is good when no cops are nearby.

- Hours:cruiser update 2/1/2008: Jenny Wiley Park is no longer open after dark to the general public.... it closes at dusk to all but those fishing... and does not reopen until dawn for the general public... the spillway area is closed to traffic during the winter and bathrooms are all closed in winter.

jstrudi is right... not a good place to cruise anymore and for exactly the reasons he said... you do get lucky once in a blue moon, but you don't want to make a special trip... if you want to get lucky just come to my place LOL
