Leaving Salisbury southbound on Hwy. 13, past UMES, it's on the right after traffic lights

Best times: I found it's best from 12 to about 4. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Sometimes you can cruise a guy right in the parking lot, but be aware that police are sometimes there. I usually hit the , and see who looks in through the door while heading to the . Another interesting dynamic is that there is a diagonally across from the I first mentioned. Sometimes if you stand up you can make signals with a guy in there.
Cruisiest Spots: Stalls are all over. But the best is the one furthest back, and to the right. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:There is always staff hovering around outside.
Warnings: Cops do breeze through on occassion. I had an encounter with that I think was an undercover policeman once, but I was lucky enough to see the signs. Always see hard first!

at around 1 pm. today, you charcoal wagon with va. tags, me black 4 door md. tags, asked you how is it going in the restroom, you sure looked aroused when you left the restroom and walked over to the picnic table, afraid to hook up there, show me what you got if you want my attention, will be back tomorrow.
