This is a new home construction site for $15+ million homes... The homes are custom built and the lots have not started selling yet... Which means, lots of empty streets/culdesacs with over grown lots... The stair case and the most secluded car action area would be on a culdesac street named Emerald View Dr. off of La Rotunda Dr....
Crowd: All sorts... Seen 18+ ... Area is conservative, so curious College guys from Marymount College, to married straight/bi guys...Maybe some construction workers...

From Palos Verdes/Torrance/S.Bay
Take Hawthorne Boulevard directly to the ocean and turn left at Palos Verdes Drive South. La Rotunda Drive is about four miles on the right.
From the 405 Freeway
Take the 110 Harbor Freeway South until it ends on Gaffey Street in San Pedro. Turn right onto Gaffey Street to Summerland and turn left. At Western turn left and until you reach 25th Street and turn right. Continue on 25th Street until the name changes to Palos Verdes Drive South. Turn left on to La Rotunda Dr.
Cross street: Palos Verdes Dr South/La Rotunda

Cruisiest Spots: Great secluded stair way outside that leads to no where, but is sunken in a small canyon and is somewhat over grown... Great for some outdoor action... Or stay in your car for some in-car action... - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Just keep and eye out for security/construction workers/ and police... Area is pretty quiet and I've never seen security or police patrol there, but best to keep an eye out... Be carefull after 8 or 9pm... as the streets are not well lit, and area is close to San Pedro... Just use common sense...
