Is This Your Business?

This is the old West Picnic Grounds at the abandoned Boggy Creek Recreation Grounds.

Neighbourhood: North East

Head out of Regina past the dump and Correctional Centre. Take left at the Tor Hill Golf Course sign. park in parking lot at the old West Picnic Grounds by the shelter. Trails in the woods behind the picnic site.
  • Hours:Summer afternoons Late May to about mid-September
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Variety of guys. Leave the parking lot and walk the paths back in the woods.
  • Nudity / Policy:While on the trails in the woods, I've come across men walking nude. Makes it pretty obvious that they are interested.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / No. This is pretty rough terrain.
  • Warnings:Watch where you go. Some of the land out here is posted as City of Regina property and as No Trespassing. They are serious about it too.

  • Took a drive there today and yes it is a distance. If anyone know the Tor Hill and Murray golf clubs you have driven by it. Make your way to Tor Hill drive thu on teh main road heading east. The "West Picnic Grounds" are labled by a sign. The parking area is on the left where the old and unused shelter still stands. Park here and walk into the woods along the trails. DON NOT DRIVE on the road into the woods the ruts anr a foot deep in some areas. If you get to where the road turns north(left) to the Murray cource then you have gone by it by about 1/4 of a block.......the only problem I can see is that the parking is right beside the main road and the locals may start to wonder where the people are that own these cars????? they may get suspicious.............have ate-er man (_)_)=====D~ ~ ~ ~ ~

  • Ok... This place has potential... Checked it out this morning but a 15km drive there from downtown is a bit much only to find the place dead!

If this place is active when is best time? May work great if pre-arranged (NOT with public messages though). Noticed there is even some shelter (old bathrooms). But non of the usual tale-tale signs (kleenex. etc), but that may be a good thing.

Is this the "new found Douglas Park" I wounder?
