maybe its because its an addition to the store. maybe because he doesnt have the basement as part of the rent deal so it would cost extra. i dont know. whatever the case, nothing is written in stone. he must plan to open it because he already has it all set up with booths & everything. he's waiting for the fire department to come & inspect before he makes a decision. i think it will happen once the fire department approves it.

That makes no sense. If its part of their store, and its fully built and furnished, wouldnt they have to pay the rent anyway? The space is theirs already so it wouldnt make sense that they have to pay more rent.

Is this place busy on Saturdays? I went here for the first time late the other night and hooked up with a hot Indian guy. Other than that there was one fat troll who wouldn't leave me alone. Hoping to make a trip here this afternoon or evening if it's worth it. Let me know, thanks

well checked this place out one day last week and was a bit disappointed. Never even made it to the booth area, as it seemed overcrowded in that area. the new set up has all the booths in the back with a very narrow aisle down the middle of the booths with a chain curtain covering the entrance. There were about 4-5 guys back there all standing in the aisle, none came out to main area to cruise a little before going back to the booths with someone. Doesn't seem like you can really see anything in the back, and if you are counting on sharing the booth with someone, I prefer to see them and make sure that there is somewhat of an attraction there. Will try again when the downstairs opens.

hey guys. i was at this place for 2 hours today. surprisingly, i didnt get much action. but what i did get was an update about the downstairs thing, as promised. so here's the scoop. according to the clerk, i think he said his name is Ron or Rod or something like that, very nice guy, anyway according to him, the downstairs area is complete, booths & all. but they are waiting for the city permit/approval. once they get that, then the downstairs area will be available to us. the application is already in. they're just waiting for the approval. so it shouldnt be much longer. hope this info helps.

i apologize Joe. i didnt see that part of the description. i just blindly go there so much that i kinda forgot it was an actual store lol. but that would be really cool if they turned the basement into a booth area. i hope its true & i hope they do it soon. i had sooo much fun at this place. so many hot times. and a downstairs booth area would just open new opportunities of fun for everyone, including myself. i plan on going again the first chance i get as soon as the snow/ice clears up. i'll ask the clrk about it when i go & i'll post an update of what he said. thanks for bringing that to my attention. once again, i apologize. i guess i'm just looking to be spanked lol.

downstairs? there is no downstairs. well i mean there is but its just storage for the store. the booths are in the back of the store. u mightt be think of dcd exlcusvie not too far from explore.
