This park is filled with walking trails. The trails all have secluded areas where you will find privacy. The fishing area is also a great cruising spot, but is best after hours. You can park on either side of route 420. There you can choose what trails you want to cruise. Just like most parks, be careful and use discretion.

Neighbourhood: Prospect Park

From 95 north, use exit 9 /b ( Prospect Park exit).. crossover I 95 and look for parking on your right. From I 95 south use exit 9 /b, off exit look for parking on your right. From route. 420 south, go thru Prospect Park, go past the John Morton Homestead which is on your right and about 1/8 a mile past the homestead look for a small parking lot on your right, just before the enterence for I 95 south. From route 420 leaving Essington, just take route 420 north going towards Prospect Park, cross over I 95 and look for parking on your right.

  • Hours:All day, but the best times are after 8 pm during the warmer weather. During the cooler weather,day time is best. Lunch time you may find business men & or construction workers taking lunch.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just park and walk the trails or sit in your car and start up a conversation with others who are parked. Walking the trails, you may find guys waiting to play or you may have to wait along the trails and try and hook up with others. Be careful and do not be so obvious until you know that the other guy is willing to play. Police cruise the parking lots, as long as you are not doing anything out in open you will be fine.
  • Nudity / Policy:Nudity along trails and is especially after dark.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Handicap parking is available
  • Warnings:As is all parks, you must be discreet and not so obvious. Families use the fishing area during the day, but this place is rarely crowded with fisherman.
