I was at this location today. Its a great place to meet guys from about noon til 5 and then again at night, however today I was there and when I left, I drove around the park and when I came back around I saw a undercover cop car (green) with spot lights on it and small radio antennas on the roof. Maybe not a great place to hang out at too long,

this place is reserved for UC Riverside Students only I beleive. if someone brings you in its like 2 or 3 bucks. I don't know if there is any real action but then
