This is in Gonic right off of 125. The road is Rochester Neck Road. Heading south from Rochester you will take a left at the lights just past Dunkin' Donuts. Once you take that left the parking lot will be on your right about 3/4 of a mile down. There's a big white sign with trail markings there.
