Street or Beach Cruising. At night on the beach (but stay in the area in front of the Rosarito Beach Hotel north to the public beach parking lot) --OR-- South end of town on the main boulevard, both sides between Ave de la Palma and the Liquor store. Make a circle of it. Rock and Roll Taco is closed. It is just a place to make eye-contact, chat, buy a beer, and take it someplace else. Very discrete.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:People on vacation, local Mexicans, and part-time foreigners. Middle-aged to older guys hooking up with younger is common, but beware of underage boys. Make eye contact and a quick scratch of your crotch. Sit on a bench or sidewalk cafe for a beer. Watch and you will figure it out. Hustlers.
