Quiet, low traffic area of Rothesay, near residential area. Awesome place to park where you don't have to worry about anyone seeing you or the police as its in an open parking lot and would not be a suspicious place to park there for a few hours.
Crowd: Gay guys, married guys.

  • Hours:Parking lot is usually 90% empty in the evenings.
    Best times: Between 9pm - 1am on any day of the week. Most popular on weekends.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Park your car facing the Old Hampton Road. If another car parks and the person stays in their car for longer than normal, blink your brakes lights on your car to signal.
