Great facility for cruising since the sauna/jacuzzi areas are NOT co-ed like other gyms in the area.
If you join (annually or monthly) you use the private men's locker room (no-one under 18 yrs allowed). The private mens locker room is where all the action occurs.
Crowd: mainly married/bi. Seen some incredible/hot action in the sauna on multiple occasions.
Facilities: if you live in the area, membership is cheap (can buy month-to-month for only $20.00). Free weights and machines. Very clean.

Best times: 1-2 hours before closing - Cruising Info/ Tips:best place to cruise is the dry sauna. You can sit also sit in the jacuzzi and watch who enters the locker room.
Cruisiest Spots: Men's Dry sauna and/or Jacuzzi. Dry sauna has light which can be turned off; glass door on sauna allows enough light in to keep a watch out. Area is very private and you have plenty of warning of others entering the area. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:If you only pay the fee for swimming, you cannot get access to the men's locker room; rather, you have to use the general men's locker room where there are lots of kids.
Warnings: never yet ran into a problem. Just use good judgement and discretion.
