Generally a nice gym, quite in the day, busy at peak times. Mostly a straight place, with lots of "Seaford lad" types... but open showers and changing rooms make this a great place to eye up a nice bit of , and sometimes even get lucky. Membership is required, but you can just pay a daily pass for different activities, gym etc.

- Hours:open usual gym times, 8am to 10pm ish... quiet in the day. Busy after 5pm.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Mainly straight, so be careful! The gym is a great place to eye up some talent, but the open showers / locker rooms are the best place to cruise. In the day, when it's quiet, the showers are a great place for a play!
- Nudity / Policy:A general, local gym... best not be nude for too long!
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes.
- Warnings:WARNING: this place is very straight... if fun is found, be descreet.
