Ballmattum Rest Area a.k.a DuckPond
Hume Hwy Euroa
This is a much larger parking bay along the Hume hwy. It's busy most week nights. It has a toilet block but the action is mostly in the parking bay , cruisin truckies away from the lights. The bay is split in two with a traffic island , you park amongst the trucks.

- Hours:best hours are after dark till early dawn , twilight hours and around midnight till 2 am is when there is the most action.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:The best way to get there attention while being very discreet is to use your mobile phone light to "signal" them . The light from the phone is enough to let them know your about , they will signal you back if interested. Above all be descreet. They may leave straight after signaling you back , this just means follow them to another quieter spot. Get out of ya car and just be casual. Sitting in the car will do nothing. A truckie will get out of his cab and walk around the truck, turn on interior lights or use break lights or there mobile phone light to let ya know if there interested. If it's warm get out of ya car, signal them they wont signal you first.
Cruisiest Spots: This parking bay is also known as the "DuckPond" by most truckies. The toilet block sees a fair bit of action too and there is a lot of writing on the back of the door... actually saw a truckie walk outta there naked one night - Nudity / Policy:Don't take ya clothes off! Be very discreet they will let ya know if they are interested

- Warnings:Some police patrol this spot but very rarely. Above all be discreet, don't park close to other cars, in the parking bay , they might be doing the same as you , it doesn't take much to scare off a potential truckies and two cars will do that. Try to park in the darker spots, in an area where a truck has space to park behind you or in front of you.
