cruiser update 5/11/2009:well it is under water again. there is a lot and the gate is shut/locked.
dont know how long that will last.
the other red reiver parks are flooded also, am not sure if the hamel memorial park is open or not, the boat launch on shreveport side is closed due to water flooding

just after dark, very little police
