Very high partitions. Everything is possible. This is the easiest place I know in Singapore to get some action, as a frequent visitor from the West.
There is also a quieter toilet in the aforementioned City Mall Link, behind a shop called Purple Pots, just before you reach Suntec.

- Warnings:Regular vists by cleaners mopping and sweeping. But they know what goes on (many are female) and turn a blind eye.
One Indian girl cleaner offered me a BJ in her cleaner's room for a modest fee!
