This place is HOT. I've found that late night early morning around 12 or 1 is the best time for cruising. Lot's of people cruising around. Police patrol the place but not to bad. The bath rooms are closed at this time but there is always the bridge to meet up. TELLING YOU IT'S WORTH THE TIME TO CHECK IT OUT. If you can stay up that late.
