There are 2 men's Showering facilities:-
* NEW block: right beside the 50m pool. There is a small-sized section for changing and showering - but fairly open. 2 shower cubicles with doors.
* OLD block: up below the gym itself. Two large dressing and showering facility areas (with no doors).
Crowd: Obviously it's a gym - so it's really a mixed crowd: from your hot teenage guys, your sporty fellas, to older guys.

Zest Gym is located inside the Springwood Aquatic Centre. This used to be called the Logan Aquatic Centre.

- Directions:Zest Gym is located inside the Springwood Aquatic Centre. This used to be called the Logan Aquatic Centre.
Cross street: Springwood Road - Hours:5am - 8:30pm
Best times: Probably in the afternoons (from 4pm onward after people finish work). Also following swimming squad sessions when the guys get out for a shower. - Cruising Info/ Tips:I think everyone has their own way. I just get hard as I have my towel on my head drying my hair and they tend to notice or shower with the door open.
Cruisiest Spots: I would say the OLD block. - br
- Basically look for wet footprints leading into the showerblock, or even the sound of a hot steamy shower in each of them. It's difficult to say which one most people frequent. There are 2 men's Showering facilities:-

- Warnings:Staff might be a bit bastardish seeing as they're up themselves and young. Getting caught WILL end up in your gym membership being cancelled - and a HUGE embarrassment - not sure about that legal thing.
Warnings: STAFF: Sometimes walk in for a little look.
NO OUTSIDE DOORS: Easy for people to walk in unannounced.
NEW BLOCK IN A VERY PUBLIC AREA: So might be a bit dodgy.
LACK OF PEOPLE: Especially in freezing winter, though they still have swimming squad.
