Get to Pheonix Pub, walk down Canal Street toward entrance of Shires, it's past that another 50 or so yards and you'll come to a left turn. Don't take that just go right up the walk path and you'll see a bridge on left... just hang around there and spot someone's eye. Use the bushes on top of the bridge for long sessions.
