This facility offers gym, swimming pool, sauna & spa. Large change room with multiple cubicles for fun. Again as this is open to the general public and kids use as well, please don't do anything inappropriate in plain sight. Good to scope out in spa, sauna or change room then head to an empty cubicle.

- Hours:The centre is actually opened long hours, pretty sure open 530am to 9pm weekdays, not sure of weekend trading but opens early and for the full day. I believe that evenings round 5 to 7 is best for action.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Cruisest spots are spa, sauna and change rooms (obviously). Please use some common sense and don't do anything stupid.
- Nudity / Policy:No nudity permitted. However if your in the change room than i guess there is nothing stopping that.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Full disabled access to facility
- Warnings:Used by large number of the general population, discretion is imperative and please respect others not there for action.
