  • Hours:Off peak hours are better for cruising but with tight security, better have the art of the Down Low during peak hours which are surprisingly cruisy. Must be all the available beer to the blue collar and down-lo homies.
    Best times: When security is not posted outside and during the LATE hours. Good place to hook-up then go to Pershing Circle to get to second base.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Have business cards with just e-mail address and private voicemail for Island rendezvous. Public restroom nearby (see listing for "Pershing Circle" at Bay Street and Victory Boulevard (Gay, Latin mix neighborhood) plus college crowds. Avoid school break hours.
