Is This Your Business?

This place is also used by doggers but it appears that this is by pre-arrangement so you'll either see loads of em or none at all!!! They usually keep to themselves but if you're bi and wanna join in, then make sure you are up to date with your 'doggers code' as they can be a bit funny about people who barge straight into what they're up to without asking first - they're a lot more reserved than us, LOL!
Crowd: A good mix of regulars and passing trade.

Neighbourhood: West Norfolk / Breckland

Who's Coming

A good mix of regulars and passing trade.

Come off the A47 at the roundabout where the Swaffham dual carriageway starts, onto the A1122. Follow the road into the trees and around an N bend - the picnic area is marked about half a mile down the road on the left. (It also has a Forestry Commission marker on the turning - 105.) Turn onto the track and park up about 100 yards at the picnic area.
Cross street: A47 / A1122

  • Hours:From late morning to late evening.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Watch out for body language, people getting out their cars and looking back at you as they wander into the trees; the usual stuff!!
Cruisiest Spots: There are two. Drive down the track and you can either park up in the picnic area loop on the left (where there is a leafy walk marked with yellow posts) or stop at the top of the track further up where there is a small turning circle. Just walk into the trees and you'll usually find some action going on. (Don't try driving any further down the track as there's nothing down there apart from farm stuff and you'll probably run your car aground too!)
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Take your used rubbers / rubbish away with you and dump em in the bin at the garage, McDonalds, etc. Let's not attract attention to ourselves ;) Watch out for deer walking around in the middle of the road too!
Warnings: The Police DO drop by from time to time both day and night; I've not ever seen them get out of their cars but make sure you have an innocent excuse for being there all lined up - jogging, bird watching, chilling out, etc just in case!! There are also the usual dog walkers and picnic-ers about, so the action is usually at the top of the track during the day and moves down to the picnic area during dusk / night.
