  • I've been a member for both clubs. Mayfair is better in facilities and people but not much actions u can find there. Extreme have a whole lot more hot guys but most of them are straight. I recommend any clubs downtown in which many gay bi guys working out there and also looking for fun after their workout.

  • I think you are going to waste your time looking for action at Mayfair, the place is too busy.
    Check the cruise listings for Swing Shift video in Richmond Hill. There is aways some action going on there.
