This stretch of beach is pretty quiet, runners come through there some times, but they know what goes on, and will leave you alone.
Crowd: Everyone. All ages, college students, men who have been deported out of the US, local men, men who live in Playas but work in San Diego, etc.

Take scenic road all the way to "Playas", right at the bull ring, left at the arches to the end of that street and look for street parking. Walk down to the beach.

Cross street: South of Malecon - Hours:Most of the after noon, but best right around sunset.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Sit on the rocks or climb one of the cliffs to get a better view.
Cruisiest Spots: The beach below the board walk (Malecon), immediately south of the public Restrooms at the green kiosk, below the high rise white apartment bldgs. - Nudity / Policy:NO NUDITY! EVER.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:No public lighting, it gets really dark about 25min after sunset.
