This is not the only place in Ueno Park. It is my favourite though. It is located to the back side of one of the big concert halls and from the outside looks like nothing - just a garden and tall hedge, but once inside the hedge it's a cleared and private space with all sorts of action.

When you exit JR koen guchi go straight across the crossing then turn left & follow path into park. On your right you will see hedges, action is in there. Find a way in through one of the gaps
