This spot is well treed easy to see vehicles coming in. Large in toilets. Very active beat - a lot of travellers use it. No busses or schools within miles so there is lower risk of kids getting in the way of adult fun.

  • Hours:The weekends seem to be the best. There is traffic there - some legitimately wanting to use the rest stop but a lot of guys who are "on" and looking for action. Nights rock - was there from 8pm through to 1am and there was a steady stream of traffic coming through.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:In the toilets or along the river.
  • Nudity / Policy:This is a public area so no nudity allowed. However, guys get naked in the toilets a fair amount.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / There are no stairs of any description, so handicap access is not an issue.
  • Warnings:There are some travellers and truckers who use the spot for legitimate ends so be careful when approaching someone. Most guys are there for the though!

  • I was at Helidon rest area on 12/7/2013 at about 6-7pm I did get some action it was great. The road work will be finished on the weekend so all there trucks will be gone
