whos coming to Lamberton Park

  • Lamberton Park is too exposed and well-patrolled to be of any use for cruising. Get more foliage, lose the cops- and you MIGHT have a chance when the Thunder's not playing. We need another Plumb beach like in Brooklyn!

    By Joe D'Aquila
TRENTON A city man was found hanging by his neck in a South Ward park yesterday the victim of an apparent suicide.

Police didnt release the mans name but said he was a 38-year-old Hispanic man, and officers found him hanging from a piece of playground equipment at about 12:42 p.m. in a park in the 400 block of Lamberton Street.

Its unknown know how long the mans body had been hanging in public view prior to the discovery, when a local resident called in the report to police.

Police said there didnt appear to be physical signs of other injuries to the victims body, and they dont believe foul play was involved.

  • Negative, anyone who cruises frequently, will tell you that this park is a no-no. I don't recommend it, at all.
