This is a beautiful loop with a great view surrounding the Ocean. A lot of people meet up here or prior and go to Clover Point to get some action. During the day time people take there families here so it's normally best to go at night time.

Warnings: Not many cops ever go through there, and most people respect whats going on in a car.
