Is This Your Business?

Beautiful 43-acre park located south of Duncan at Cowichan Station. Admission and parking are free.

Neighbourhood: Cowichan Station

On Highway 1 heading north, turn left at the Cowichan Bay Road intersection. Travel 3 km west on Koksilah Road. Cross the bridge and then keep to the right. Keep your eyes open for the sign to the park, on the right.
  • Hours:The park is open from dawn to dusk. It's a bit quiet, but there should be one or two guys around during weekend afternoons from about 14:00. Evenings, once the families pack up to go home, create opportunities for greater privacy. This is an undiscovered gem of a place to cruise!
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:From the parking lot, there are several entrances to the park. Enter via the main entrance, under the wooden arch, and then head straight down the stairs to the men's change room on the left. The change room contains stalls with lockable doors.

The road where the park entrance is located runs dead at the end, and leads down-hill into some trees -- a great opportunity to cruise someone in your car before deciding to meet at the men's change room. Drive slowly or follow a car you see driving down to the end of the road, and then make a U-turn past each other. Leave your driver's side window open and then stop when you pass alongside each other to chat.
  • Nudity / Policy:The park is very busy in the summer. Meet up with someone in the men's change room and then either play there, or find a secluded spot in the dense bush where you can play.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Parts of the park should be accessible to those with physical limitations. Will check this out and report back with more details.
  • Warnings:The men's change room is empty for most of the day, but it's used from time to time by people changing to swim in the Koksilah river. The front door to the men's change room remains open all the time, leaving the common area of the change room visible from the path you used to enter the room. The structure is wooden, so sound carries. The park is is managed by volunteers -- please help to keep the park clean, and our cruising unobtrusive, by disposing of used and any other garbage when you leave.
