Best to go to the far end of the parking with your car, the truckers end. The car lot is a bit far from the action.

E19 Hwy Antwerp direction of Brussels. After the exit Zemst there is a parking, before the exit Vilvoorde and before entering the Brussels ring. The parking in the other direction has no activity.

Warnings: DO NOT park your car just along the road where there is no parking indication, because police sometimes passes by and give. you a hard time then, for the rest they don't mind.
