1. Head northeast on I-264 E. 2. Exit onto 1st Colonial Rd. 3. Continue onto Oceana Blvd. 4. Turn right onto General Booth Blvd. 5. Turn left onto Dam Neck Rd. Partial restricted usage road. 6. Turn right onto Terrier Ave. Restricted usage road. Enter the gate, at stop light go right, go straight and you will pass parking lots on the right. Turn left and then immediate right. It's in the NEX Exchange Building.
