  • tbsjr1 is right. lately there have been cops every time i go there and even if you've only been sitting for a few minutes they will pull up behind you and shine the light at you. I'm not even talking about the lower lot, they circle around the top lot untill you leave. i just pretended i was throwin out trash from my car and they went past but circles around again until i left. despite the cops, i always see guys there looking. your best best is to have someone follow you to a nearby lot in wallingford, like vietnam park, or tyler mills.
