Restroom is located in a back corner of the restaurant, which is a buffet-style place. When you go in, take a right and walk all the way back to the back corner of the dining room. Some warning when others enter, good layout for under action.

I've given head here a few times. Usually meet a guy downstairs in the food court restrooms and then go here to finish the job. Not much regular traffic during "breakfast" hours so less chance of interruption.
