cruiser update 5/20/2009: Go off the A45 and down the A6 towards Irthlingborough.
Cross the river bridge, then Rushden and Diamonds Football Club will be on your right.
The turning into the road leading to the carpark is on your right, then right again after getting into the road. If traffic is heavy you may need to go around the next roundabout to access it. At the far end of the carpark is a path to the riverside.

If you get to the RDFC football stadium, there is a bridge near by. If you turn left at the start of it there is a car park.
