I leave messages at the Eastside Arcade, and then swing down there to make a connection. Since the arcade posted the cameras in all stalls, it is just about impossible to go there for fun. So I'm hoping people will figure out the benefits of that lower park. It's close by, and full of special areas.

- Warnings:Well, it is outdoors, so people might not like that. The occasional transient may be a bummer too, but I rarely see them anyway. No one really goes down the loop that far, and I've never seen cops down there.
