Watts Slope Toilets
Large Public Toilet with 4 Cubicles ad several Urinals. Urinals are located behind a wall and cannot be seen from entrance. This is a great plus point as it allows limited privacy and you have a view of the door.
Neighbourhood: Whitley Bay
From Whitley Bay Metro - Proceed down Station Road and then cross over and go all the way down Esplanade and you will end up on Whitley Bay Sea Front. Continue left all the way along the Sea Front until you see the Cenotaph. At the bottom of the slope before you get there turn right and the toilets are a few feet ahead of you.

- Hours:Open from 8am Until approx 7pm 7 days a week. Times do vary during different times of the year. Usually busier late Afternoon/Night (4pm to 7pm) but have seen guys there all day.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Are holes in the doors of a few cubicles to look through. Urinals are probably best place. As most guys are regulars you can usually get it on with someone.
- Nudity / Policy:Area is reasonably quiet but always be on the lookout just in case. Council cleaners are the main interruption and visit 4 times a day to clean and check the toilets. I would suggest the Urinals for any action as it is reasonably secluded and if anyone comes in leaves time to stop and separate and I have been made aware of a few people getting caught in cubicles.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Wheelchair access is possible with help. Location is on slope and has a step but isnt too bad.
- Warnings:There are warnings about Police presence but have never seen anyone. As mentioned above Council is main concern but they usually leave in a few mins. Due to location it is busier during summer.
