Park in the small lot and also walk North towards the bridge. Go under both bridges along the path as well as after the bridges you will see the dam on the right. Continue over the ridge of the flooding control area as well as there is lots of bushes and tall yard where individuals disrobe and socialize nude specifically on the weekends.
