You drive on to the campus of the Uniersity of North Carolina Wilmington and follow the signs to Randall Library. You go up the main flight of stairs and there is a men's restroom in the upper right hand side of the library doesent recieve a lot of traffic but has cruisers.

    Best times: 10am-12pm and 10pm-2am are the best times to cruise.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:The library is open to the public so all types of people are coming and going. Just tap your feet three times and let the magic began.
