  • Cruising Info/ Tips:cruiser adds 9/19/2008: it's best to go in the building threw either wilmington trust door or the building door next to it on 10th st or to use the hotel entrance on 11th street the entrance across from rodney square has a guard post and they will sometimes ask where your going they wont notice you if you come in threw the side entrances.

    Best to be dressed business formal or business casual. No jeans and t-shirt.

  • Warnings:Maintenance guy comes in to clean every now and then. Play it cool, and no moaning. You can hear the door opening from the long hallway to the bathroom. Have plenty of warning.

  • i am usuallly there on tuesday around 11-noon meet several guys there it is safe and u can hear the door open with guys coming in the code to get into the bathroom is 412
