You will have no problem being or sucking there, by just sticking your under the cubicle wall, but if it gets too busy, you can always go into the stairwell by the York Street exit in the hotel's parkade. Bring a pen and leave messages on the wall of when to meet. They clean the toilets but always seem to leave the writing alone. No security.

Enter through doors on side between hotel and convention centre, beside Hhomas Hinds Cigars. Take elevator down to C level and turn left. Men's room right there.
