I just saw on the local news website that a preacher had been arrested there on Dec 5`08. Obviously this place is being watched!

Have a friend who is a cop, who said this park is at the top of the list for being patrolled, and video taped. White "business" van parks there and the driver appears to be reading, however, a video camera is set up in the rear aimed at the restrooms. When someone goes in, a "decoy" goes in to strike up a conversation, and depending on what is said he might arrest you on the spot. PLEASE be VERY CAREFUL here!! Couple people I know have been "detained" / arrested for what they said / implied to the undercover cop. W-S / NC still pursuing, "the crimes against nature" law. So just be aware, and be very cautious.

Go there different times of day, mostly in the evenings after 6PM. It's a cat and mouse game sometimes especially with the married guys. So many are always waiting for something young and hot to come along. That's very rare. For new comers a helpful hint.....don't make friends with the regulars cause when it is "active" it can be difficult cruising with several guys hanging around talking to you. Another problem, for me, is guys following you into the woods to watch and some brazenly try to horn in on "your" action. Occationally you can hook up and go elsewhere to "do the deed". Cops patrol regularly and you don't always know they are cops. Forget about them being honest and admitting to it if you ask....they don't have to own up to it and then they'll bust you. Sometimes the cops will harrass you if they see you up there too often which sucks. With all this negative comments been said you can meet some nice guys there from time to time. There are a few bad apples there like the hot guy in the Miata that is gorgeous but "don't go to the woods with him"...he's mean and cruel and might try to physically hurt you. Another guy that comes to mind that is also very hot looking is a hustler. He will try to hit you up for $20 and then not let you have anything. Buyer beware<G>
