I-94 Woodbury Rest Area

Stopped there one evening on the way to the central part of the Cities. Just used the restroom but otherwise it was quiet. Guess evenings might be best but don't know how the trail is like after 7 or 8pm. Only about 40 miles from my place so pretty easy to get to as well. Can hook up with a guy there then either go back to his vehicle or truck or go somewhere else and play. Hope to make new friend and memories this spring and summer and early fall.

Don't Even try to do anything here. THis is actually in Lakeland and is frequently patrolled by Washington County Sheriff Deputies. The trails are also patrolled by cops during the day. Automatic Jail for indecent exposure if what you are doing is in plain view of the public!

Wooded Area and Trails behind are no longer available. 9' high fence with gates are locked at dusk. Added security lighting has been installed.

Have stopped by here several times with no luck. Any suggestions on how to get this place more active?

This is not in Woodbury, it is at least 4 miles east of Woodbury on Hwy 94 west bound on 94.
It is just inside Minnesota from Wisconsin. Woodbury doesn't have any rest stops or truck stops.
