Out of the town centre down the Retford Road. Very nice place lots of facilities including sauna, steam room, jakuzzi, pool and gym. Membership is required but well worth it.

Head down Retford Road away from Worksop (past all the car showrooms) and its just near the end before the roundabout. Its clearly visible from the main road and is the same entrance as the new B&Q distribution centre. There is also a new Vauxhall showroom next door.

- Hours:06:30 - 23:00 Monday - Friday
08:00 - 22:30 Saturday and Sunday
The busiest times are obviously rush hour before and after work, but the middle of the day and later on after 8ish is when the best chance of some action is. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Down in the jacuzzi and steam room. The jacuzzi is right next to the door so you can see everyone coming in and make eye contact. On two occasions have now walked into steam room where two guys were wanking eachother.
- Nudity / Policy:This isnt specifically a gay gym so you have to be discrete and go into the showers or cubicle.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Totally accessible by all.
- Warnings:Just dont be too obvious when you hook up, go into the shower or cubicle. This is why its best when its not as busy.
