Large carpark area, expansive woodland. Lots of great places for some fun, often a few cars there.

It is not a hugely well known place at the moment but it wouldn't take much to make it popular.

Neighbourhood: brewham

Either take the a3569 from wincanton to bruton, turning right at the crossroads just after redlynch then simply follow the road up, branch left at the second junction after the Bull pub and again go straight on.

Alternately come from Stourhead direction and follow the signposts. (easy to find off the A303 londonbound.

  • Hours:In the daytime, the woods are dense but you would need to go deep not to be disturbed, it is possible tho! daytimes are best in the week, when tourists are not about.

Evenings, completely fine, once the dark has come down.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Main carpark is a good place to meet up, be discrete tho. There are other laybys on the way up, good for going into the woods.
  • Nudity / Policy:its a woodland, be sensible
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / I reckon that its reasonably accessible, the carpark is gravel and goes out onto quite rough pathes tho
  • Warnings:Never had any problems but if it get busy we might get noticed so best to be discreet.

  • Oh, I wish! Often go there, is ideal setting for cruising ground but never seen anything or anyone remotely up for it. Maybe someone can organise a kick-off party in the woods?
