Warnings:There is sometimes people walking dogs and there has been a quite lad who sits there looks as he's asleep. I think he meditates there but there no threat with him im not sure if he's gay. I've seen him come from the crem.
Warnings: Police: The area of Ridge Walk and Central Park has long been the target of indecency offences such as indecent exposure. People become fearful of walking in those locations and that is not acceptable. We shall ensure that these areas are policed by officers who at different times will be uniformed and highly visible, to deter and at others in plain clothes, with a view to detecting offences.
