I've been there twice now and have'nt seen anyone useing or having any action at this location. I was there between 12-3pm both times. Maybe I'm going at the wrong times! Has anyone had any action there. Please let me know. This place could be a great cruising place, it's quiet, clean, with lots of stalls.....Hope people start going.
