Park in Novi Beograd (New Belgrade), close to the Federal Government building (SIV) and Hyatt Regency hotel, almost any bus from the city center to Novi Beograd passes by (16,65,67...), go down at the first stop after the bridge (Brankov most), walk a bit in the same direction, large park area at your right.

Cruisiest spot: Bushes closest to the Federal Government building.
